Service Fee
No tipping expected. All meals subject to 6% PA sales tax and 12% service fee. Service fee not subject to PA sales tax. This allows us to pay employees above average market wages without burdening guests with tipping.

Reservations
Reservations for groups of 15 or more will usually be accepted Monday – Friday for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A single payment is required. Subject to a 12% service and reservation fee per person. The confirmed price is good for 90 days. The following discounts do not apply when booking a reservation: senior discount, free birthday meal program, Wednesday military discount, and general Smorgasbord individual coupons. Limited Saturdays.

Dress Code
Please respect our establishment and our guests by wearing appropriate attire. Be mindful that this is a family restaurant and young children are usually present. We reserve the right to require that guests change inappropriate attire on request.

– Shoes must be worn at all times
– No revealing clothing or exposed undergarments
– No clothing with offensive language and/or graphics

Food Waste
Please help us to control costs and to respect those who have to do without by not wasting food. We hope you will eat as much as you like, but ask that you only take what you will eat.

Refund Policy
Full or Partial Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:

1. Sudden illness. Refunds will be limited to the one person who is ill (and possibly one caregiver).
2. A medical emergency involving you.
3. Mechanical failure, such as a power outage, which shuts down the Buffet.
4. Disruptive behavior by another guest. Relocating you to another area will be encouraged.

In order to be considered for a full or partial refund, you must have your receipt and speak to a Customer Service representative during the same visit.

Pricing Exceptions
– Prices may be higher on holidays or holiday weekends or special occasions.
– Prices and menu subject to change without notice.
