In-store only. No purchase necessary. One winner will receive one $100 Shady Maple gift card. One entry per person per day. Tickets will be available at checkout and customer service. Prize must be picked up within three days of notification.
How to enter: Enter the giveaway at Shady Maple Farm Market 2/9 – 2/10 by filling out a submission ticket. 1. Fill out the ticket with first name, last name, and phone number. 2. Place the ticket in the ticket wheel outside the exit from self-checkout.
The one winner will be picked on 2/12 and contacted by phone. The winner will receive one $100 Shady Maple gift card. Shady Maple gift cards are valid at the Smorgasbord, Gift Shop, and Farm Market.
