Shady Maple Smorgasbord is celebrating fall with a lineup of comforting, homestyle dishes that bring back memories of family gatherings. Guests can enjoy roasted turkey, hickory roasted ham, and applewood smoked carved ham, along with the smorgasbord’s famous original filling. Seasonal favorites include jumbo baked yams, sweet potato bake with pecan topping, and pumpkin specialties like pie, pancakes, and ice cream, all made fresh in-house. To complete the experience, Kaufmann’s local apple cider is served from September through the end of the year. These fall flavors are available now through December, making Shady Maple the perfect place to enjoy the tastes of the season.
