Shady Maple Smorgasbord is celebrating fall with a lineup of comforting, homestyle dishes that bring back memories of family gatherings. Guests can enjoy roasted turkey, hickory roasted ham, and applewood smoked carved ham, along with the smorgasbord’s famous original filling. Seasonal favorites include jumbo baked yams, sweet potato bake with pecan topping, and pumpkin specialties like pie, pancakes, and ice cream, all made fresh in-house.
