We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Outdoor Events Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for the successful execution of various outdoor events, where you will assist with engaging activities that promote community involvement and enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the setup and breakdown of outdoor event spaces, ensuring everything is in place for a successful event.
– Support grilling activities by preparing food items, managing cooking equipment, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
– Engage with event attendees, providing excellent customer service and promoting event activities and offerings.
– Help coordinate promotional activities and assist in managing logistics, ensuring all materials and supplies are available and well-organized.
– Collaborate with team members to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants.
– Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to maintain a clean and safe environment.
– Assist in collecting feedback from event attendees to help improve future events.
Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift 30lbs multiple times per shift
- Active job which requires walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching,
- Hearing required for auditory communication
- Must be able to stand on feet for the duration of shift
- Be able to move around quickly
