1 Tbsp. cooking oil
½ cup barbecue sauce, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.

Toss the wings with cooking oil until lightly coated. Sprinkle with Meadow Creek BBQ Seasoning and toss again until evenly seasoned.
Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet or wire rack.

Serve as flavorful dry-rub wings, or toss with your favorite barbecue sauce before serving.
For even more flavor, sprinkle a little extra BBQ seasoning over the hot wings before serving.

Loaded Beef Nachos
Savory taco-seasoned beef, melted cheese, fresh local tomatoes, and cool sour cream piled over crispy tortilla chips.
Ingredients
1 lb. 80% lean ground beef
2½–3 Tbsp. Shady Maple Bulk Taco Seasoning
⅓ cup water
1 bag Garden Fresh Tortilla Chips
2 cups Crystal Farms Shredded Cheese
2–3 locally grown plum tomatoes, diced
½ cup Breakstone Sour Cream
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain most of the excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the beef is coated and the liquid has reduced.
Spread tortilla chips across a baking sheet. Top with seasoned ground beef and shredded cheese.
Bake at 400°F for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and melted.
Top with diced plum tomatoes and dollops of sour cream.
Serve immediately while the chips are crisp and the cheese is hot.
Farm Market Tip: Build the nachos in two layers—chips, beef and cheese, then repeat—so every bite gets plenty of toppings.
