Bulk Candy Packer/Stocker

Provide exceptional customer service to all of Shady Maple’s shoppers in accordance to the company’s values, vision, and mission. Bulk candy packers/stockers are expected to accurately weigh out product, as well as package and correctly label them for customers.

Job Functions & Duties:

  • Communicate well with customers with a cheerful and helpful disposition
  • Prioritize tasks when necessary
  • Complete your work with accuracy, thoroughness, and neatness
  • Have a neat and clean appearance
  • Clerks must be punctual and on time to ensure that the department runs smoothly
  • Adhere to all Shady Maple rules and regulations as stated in employee hand book
  • Obey all FDA/OSHA rules and regulations
  • Display a willingness to help others and be flexible
  • Responsible for filling case with fresh product, as needed
  • Answer phone calls, as needed
  • Add orders to order book and enter all needed information
  • Smile and be pleasant to customers

  • Lift and carry 30 lbs

  • Be on your feet for hours at a time before getting break
  • Be able to wait, possibly hours, before having to eat
